For what purposes will we use your personal data?

The personal data that we collect from you, we will use for the following purposes that are necessary for the service you request:
a) Application process for the installation of ecotechnics.
b) Creation, updating and conservation of the file of each household.
d) Receive adequate attention in case of maintenance.
f) Identification, registration and updating of payment history for each household.
g) Provide the products and services that we offer in Resilience 2020.
Additionally, we will use your personal information for the following purposes that are not necessary for the requested service, but that allow and facilitate us to provide you with better care:
a) Use of the images of the installation of the ecotechnic, their handling as well as the results obtained derived from the ecotechnics and the circular economy model in campaigns, promotional and other support materials for the dissemination and promotion of Resilience 2020, which is distributed in the country or abroad by any means, whether printed, electronic or other (eg Flyers, magazines, brochures, social networks, radio, television, email, etc.).
b) Sending the Resilience 2020 product catalog that is for sale, as well as discounts and promotions related to it.
In the event that you do not want your personal data to be processed for these additional purposes, you can now submit a letter to the "Privacy Notice Area", stating the above.
The refusal to use your personal data for these purposes may not be a reason for us to deny the services and products that you request or contract with us.

What personal data do we collect and use about you?

b) POP Movement (Protect Our Movement) * / Country: India. / Purpose: In case the organization requires information related to marketing; as it is: analysis of the impact generated derived from the installation of ecotechnics, among others.

c) Company that provides professional live video and recording services / Country: Mexico. / Purpose: Service for the use of live recording drones, transmission with aerial and distant shots of the trainings and dissemination on Institutional social networks.

d) Insurer. / Purpose: Where appropriate, to carry out the corresponding procedures for the intervention of the insurance for the protection of ecotechnics.

e) Your bank. / Purpose: Where appropriate, to charge for our services by credit card.

f) Law Firm (Law Firm) at the service of the Academy / Purpose: In case of needing to attend to legal matters related to the owner of personal data (Civil, Commercial, Criminal Law or any other branch of law in which it is needed to resolve any diligence).
For transfers indicated with an asterisk (*) we require obtaining your consent. If you do not express your refusal for said transfers, we will understand that you have granted it to us.

In case of not authorizing the transfer of data from the recipients indicated with an asterisk (*). How can you access, rectify or cancel your personal data, or oppose its use?

Upon receipt, the Data Privacy area will have a period of 20 business days to respond to your request, however this period may be extended for an equal period of time, which will be notified by the means that you you have indicated to us for such purposes, indicating the reasons for said extension.
